How much does it cost for delivery?

For Shipment within Australia

For Sales between $1 - $20           Postal / Courier cost is        $ 6.00

For Sales between $21 - $100        Postal / Courier cost is        $ 12.00

For Sales between $101 - $250      Postal / Courier cost is        $ 18.00

For all Sales above $250                Postal / Courier cost is        $ 0.00

 

For Shipment outside of Australia

For Sales between $1 - $50           Postal / Courier cost is        $ 12.00

For Sales between $50 - $500        Postal / Courier cost is        $ 24.00

For Sales between $500 - $1,000    Postal / Courier cost is        $ 36.00

For all Sales above $1,000              Postal / Courier cost is        $ 48.00

Are credit card transactions safe?

Some customers worry about entering their credit cards number online. Bookmarketing is an Australian company - our website is hosted on an Australian server. All of the on-line credit card transactions are processed by an Australian company – Secure Pay.

All transaction details are encrypted (scrambled) by the server to keep all of your information private. It is just as safe to use you credit card overa secure site on the Internet as it is to use it in a shop or restaurant.

If you still feel uncomfortable about on-line credit card processing over the internet - you can use our mail order option and send us a cheque. Alternatively you can fax your order to us with your credit card details showing.

What is the normal delivery time?

All of the product offered on our website is in our warehouse here - in Australia. There is no waiting! We aim to process and deliver your order within 5 working days. Please allow 7 days from the date that you place the order so that you will not be disappointed! Most deliveries will be by Courier or Post.

What do I do if I have a query or a problem?

Do you have a refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a problem with your order - you must noyify us within 7 days and return the product to us within 14 days. Our help team will contact you and we will either replace your purchase or send you a refund immediately. We will also reimburse you for the cost of the return if the product is faulty.

Bookmarketing is a national brand and operates in all states and territories. Each state is affiliated with the national brand and is owned independently.
